Each of the participation experiences provides the participants with an insight into the methodologies, themes and choreographic devises used to create ‘At Swim Two Boys’, encouraging others to get involved through critical reflection and analysis, or, practical exploration and application.

Each session is designed to provide participants with the opportunity to learn new skills, to develop and hone into their own creative practice in developing, devising, analysing and critiquing dance, as well as giving an insight into Earthfall’s creative processes, style, ethos and methodologies. The sessions aim to inspire the participants; to engage them in creative thought and/or action, and encourage them to tap into their own creativity.

All Education and Participation opportunities are suitable for groups aged 14+ from dance and theatre backgrounds through to those with little or no previous experience. Workshops take place ‘in-house’ of the hosting organisation, running in accordance with the hosting organisations timetable, and can cater for a maximum of 25 participants per group.

“We would recommend Earthfall tenfold to any arts centre, school or other establishment where educational opportunities can be offered as not only do they perform, they are always willing to let you inside their world and make you part of it”
Martyn Grogan, Head of Arts and Learning, Ridings High School
